Pink Saturday ~ Crape Myrtle

Today I am joining Beverly for Pink Saturday!

This is a crape myrtle tree growing in my grandparents' yard...

I think it is one of the prettiest trees around!

I love its fuchsia-pink color!

  6. Beautiful! Mine are blooming for the first time in years. I think they were too shaded by some other trees that we finally had to have cut down.

  11. They've been blooming here since July but are beginning to shed now that Fall and cooler temperatures have arrived.
