A few months ago I mentioned how I wanted a zebra bedroom. I was hoping I would get some things for Christmas….and I am very happy to say that…
I DID!
OK, let’s start with my lamp. I have had this lamp for quite a while, but before it had a white shade and a mint green base…so my mom covered the shade with fuchsia material, added some black hanging beads around the edge, and painted the base black…
Perfect! I love these beads!
My mom also made this zebra print yoyo doily for it to sit on…
and she also made these wooden blocks that spell out my name. They sit on a shelf above my bed…
A zebra flower…I haven’t actually found a place to put this yet, but I’m working on it!
and now, my zebra bed…
I got sheets, pillowcases, a sham, a black bed skirt,a zebra comforter, and black curtains…and the large fuchsia pillow in the middle…
Up closer, lots of pillows piled on top!
I’ve had this zebra beanie baby for a very long time…he is a perfect match for my new décor!

ReplyDeleteYour mom is clever. My daughter wants anything zebra and pink. She has some pink zebra duct tape, so she covered an old beat up pair of cowboy boots. They look wild.
