When it comes to vegetables, which do you use more often—canned, frozen, or fresh? We use all three, but frozen vegetables the most.

Do you sew? Nope

Do you have a common fear, such as the fear of heights, spiders, snakes, small spaces, flying, etc.? I’m afraid of heights, any type of bug that there is, and snakes.

Is there anything you recommend for cutting the grocery bill? My mom and dad usually decide what we want to have the following week and make a menu to go by. That way they don’t buy extra things they don’t need.

 I’m in between.

 Right now I’m reading a book called, The Apothecary’s Daughter by Julie Klassen.

 Nope.

Are you good about taking time to do things you enjoy?

Yes—I always take time to take walks, spend time with friends, and read books.

What's your favorite food to cook on the grill, or enjoy at a BBQ?

Usually my dad does it.

 

If someone gave you $500 dollars and you could not spend it on yourself, who would you spend it on?

 

I'm not really sure, maybe I would buy my parents something.

I have a couple of times.

I've had a headache all this week and my nose gets stopped up every once in while.

Do you prefer to drive or be driven?

 

Right now I prefer to be driven, because I don't have my license yet.

 

 

What's your favorite kind of jam, jelly, or preserve?

 

Strawberry freezer jam.

 

 

Do you have any special plans for this spring or summer?

 

We are still working on that, but, for one thing, I'm sure we will go on several picnics.

 

 

Lots of folks are becoming aware of issues with food. There are many articles, books, and movies on topics like allergies, GMO, pesticide use, bad or no labeling, over processed foods, foods from other countries that may not have high standards, and many more topics. What concerns you the most? If nothing concerns you, have a cookie and skip to the next question.

 

 I don't really think about it that much--so I guess I'll have that cookie now :)

Do you use nail polish often? Finger nails, piggies, or both?

 

I don't wear it that often. In the wintertime, I only paint my fingernails sometimes, but in the spring and summer I will do both my piggies and my fingernails.

  Are you enjoying spring?   Yes, I'm loving it! I love the warm weather and being able to go outside.  

   Where would you take Patrice for her birthday, if you could spend a day together. Wendell hopes you would bring her back!   I think I would take her on a picnic, since the weather is so nice :)  

   What's your favorite spring flower?   daffodils  What do you do when you are going through a really stressful time?   take a walk  

   What kind of birthday cake would you get for Patrice? And Wendell?   I would make Patrice a coconut cake...and a carrot cake for Wendell.

I recently just redecorated my room in a zebra theme, so that’s pretty much it for my redecorating. I just have to rearrange some pictures.

Barbie's and Polly Pockets…
